Regulation of delivery of the company of transport

§1.
The regulation described the rules of collaboration between the company Euro Courier Sp. z o.o., among the customer and the customer-called operator of the consignment and the supply of package in countries and the border in the post.
§2
The territory of the Euro Courier Sp. z o.o. services surrounding European Union. Euro Courier Sp. z o.o. services also accepts package commissioned by customers in other areas.
§3.
Confirmation of transport is proof that you are in agreement with Euro Courier Sp. z o.o. services, after payment of the principal. Of payment, the most important confirms that it has heard Regulation. After payment, it cannot be said that it felt not to conditions.
§4
The terms and conditions for the reception and delivery of packaging:
1. The package is approved under the address given by the Principal for his
order, after payment of the order.
2. The package is hand delivered. In case
the customer is not domiciled, or if the person is not fit to the shipment,
a calling card is left and you can claim your package at the place indicated
on the notice of passage (mainly a mail).
3. Field of the EU, the delivery takes 4 to 6 working days after sending the parcel.
§5
The transport company will not accept packages that are not secure and that contain substances, hazardous materials, etc. ... whose transport is prohibited.
§6
Euro Courier Sp. z o.o. does not take the responsibility for returns and the delays in the package if:
1. If the package includes an incorrect address.
2. If the recipient has changed the address at the time of delivery
3. If the package has been adopted by the customs or other authorities in the country of the Principal.
§7
The reception of packages by the company of transport is carried out by email.
On which must be written:
-The name of the company, the name and surname and exact address involving postal code, the name of the street and number of local of the principal.
- Exact address of the reception of the package.
-The price.
Original email of the confirmation of committing is done by electronic mail.
§8
By paying the delivery, the customer confirms have accepted the conditions of the delivery of mail and accepts the regulation.
§9
The company of transport has the right to refuse the delivery to a technical case or time and security. The durations of delivery are displayed in the paragraph 4 of Regulation
§10
The refund for the losses may not be higher than the package and the price for delivery.
§11
1.All the complaints concerning the delivery, please write to : help@euro-courier.eu At
the time of the complaint, please remember the number of order.
2. The complaints should be made by the committing, or the consignee.
3. The complaints must be made on the address: help@euro-courier.eu You
can make a complaint, after 21 days from the date of dispatch. The complaint
lasts 3 months ( Regulation of the post ).
4.The duration of the complaint may
not exceed 90 days.
5. After the complaint, Euro Courier Sp. z o.o. writing the result of the complaint.
§12
The principal must read and know the regulation before making the command and before payment.
§13
This regulation fact wholly part of the agreement.
